Look at that: how to make an Italian get mad or sick!

I think I shouldn’t even need to say anything!

Onion? I repeat: ONION? Once again…. ONION???????

And where do all these spices come from?

Do people know what’s pizza sauce? It’s plain tomato with some salt. There can be some basil leaves in it, or a few olive oil! But nobody prepares a sauce like that in Italy!

Good ingredients don’t need all this crap inside! Remember that simple is better!

I noticed this video of Guy preparing this pizza sauce to use it as a dip. Why don’t people just call it spicy dip sauce? Why should it be matched with pizza that has nothing to do with this???

If you have an Italian friend somewhere, don’t do the big mistake of preparing him a pizza sauce like this! Or don’t call it pizza sauce or he’ll be pissed off! 🙂
